The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons 2 June 2022

CAST. Agency performers aged 5 to 18 years performed a celebratory flash mob at the site of the final Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacon to be lit in the United Kingdom, by an archer firing a burning arrow into a beacon floating on a lake on Hadrians Wall in Northumberland.
The performance featured on the BBC, ITV and Sky News networks, both local and national.
All CAST. Agency children have regular opportunities to perform in a professional theatre and do so to packed houses. Their tuition has involved learning theatre craft, technical awareness and industry terminology. These images are from the annual CAST. show, at the Playhouse, Whitley Bay, November 2021.
